1. Who sells it
The guide is published by The Swedish Way. Contact: support@theswedishway.shop.
2. What you are buying
The Swedish Way: A Gentle, Practical Guide to Döstädning: a digital guide and a companion workbook delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical item is sent. Pictures of a book or a tablet show the cover and pages only.
3. Price and payment
The price is $27, charged in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by our checkout partner Gumroad. We never see your card details.
4. Delivery and format
After payment you get immediate access to a download page and an email with a download link. Please keep the email; if you lose it, write to us and we will send it again. The files are standard PDFs without copy protection and open in any PDF reader. They are written in English.
5. Updates
Corrected or updated versions of this edition are free. We send the new link to the email address you bought with.
6. Your right to withdraw, and our refund promise
If you live in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends when the download begins, provided you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for this confirmation at checkout.
In addition, we refund you in full if you ask within 7 days of buying. See how to ask. This promise does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Licence
You may read and print the files for yourself and your household. You may not resell them, share them publicly or post them online.
8. Information, not advice
The guide is general information for organizing and planning. It is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Rules differ between places and change over time. Talk to a licensed professional about wills, trusts, powers of attorney, taxes and valuations. The stories in the guide are illustrations, not accounts of real people.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Apart from that, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on general information in the guide.
10. Consumer law
If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
11. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to support@theswedishway.shop. We reply within two working days and try to put it right.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you bought apply to your purchase.
