What we collect

• When you buy: your name (if you give it), email address and order details. Our checkout partner Gumroad collects these to take payment, handle tax and deliver the files. We receive the order information and your email address so that we can support you.
• When you write to us: your email address and what you tell us.
• When you visit this site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site securely.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking. When you press a Buy button, you go to the Gumroad checkout, which may set cookies needed to take your payment securely. Nothing from Gumroad loads on this site before you press Buy.

Why we use your data

To deliver your purchase and send your download link (to carry out the contract), to answer questions and handle refunds, to keep accounting records the law requires, and to keep the site secure.

Who receives it

Gumroad and its payment processors, Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider (support mail), and accountants or authorities where the law requires. Some are based outside the European Economic Area and use safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to support@theswedishway.shop. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
